4. Our QA/QC managers are typically site-dedicated and work closely with our clients, contractors, and suppliers.

• Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity.

• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete construction project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations.

• Develop standards to perform inspection and testing.

• Oversee all testing and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.  Coordinate with outside labs for testing and results.

• Review quality and quantity of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications.

• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

• Assist contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all construction systems.

• Prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.

• Maintain knowledge on quality assurance standards monitoring continuous application throughout the quality assurance process recommending corrective actions, as necessary.

• Develop a method statement for critical activities including risk assessment, Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
